For warehouses, manufacturers, distributors, and multi-site businesses, the goal is not simply to remove pallets faster. The goal is to separate recoverable material from actual waste, build a pickup plan around real volumes, and reduce the internal effort required to manage it.

Start the Pallet Waste Audit Process at the Point of Accumulation

The most useful audit begins where pallets are actually collected: receiving areas, shipping docks, production zones, returns departments, outdoor storage areas, and overflow yards. Looking only at invoices or waste-hauling records can miss the operational causes behind the pileup.
